Vedante Srihari is the Managing Director and Co-Founder of Inatech with the vision of helping businesses derive the best of their technology solutions. Under his leadership, Inatech aims to become a market leader, in providing business technology solutions. Srihari's overriding concern and the core of his business philosophy is providing optimum value for Inatech's business partners through value-based solutions. To that end, Inatech believes its solutions are geared towards establishing e-business process through optimization of technological solutions by integrating best of breed products.

Srihari has been implementing computerized financial systems since 1986 and during this time has gained a wealth of experience spanning all stages of software development and business processes. He has worked on various projects within the Banking and Manufacturing industries.

Before starting Inatech, Srihari has worked with companies like HCL Limited and ITC Limited, one of India's finest organizations.

Srihari holds an undergraduate degree in Science, majoring in Mathematics from Osmania University in Hyderabad, India. In addition, he has undergone multiple management trainings in various facets of business.

Ravindra Krishnappa, Director and Co-Founder of Inatech Infosolutions Pvt. Ltd. has been in the IT industry for more than two decades. He started with Tata Unisys after his Mechanical engineering degree and spent many years outside of the country in the US, UK and Switzerland. He left TUL in 1995 to help start a Business and Software consulting venture called EWI Business Consulting. Oracle Corporation acquired this company and renamed it as Oracle Solution Services in 1999. He left Oracle in Feb 2003 as the Executive Director of their offshore consulting division.

His special professional interests include Business and strategy consulting, application of new technology and change management. He is a regular speaker at seminars and is also on the board of several companies in an advisory capacity. On a personal level, he has a passionate interest in the public education system.

Diwakar Kaiwar is the Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of Inatech Solutions and is responsible for the development of Oracle best practice. He is also responsible for architecting frameworks on which business solutions can be built in a cost effective and efficient manner.
After completing his M. Tech. in Industrial Engineering from IIT Delhi in 1990, Diwakar has worked in various software implementation projects and has vast experience in providing technical solutions. He has been involved in numerous projects in Europe while being based in UK, Switzerland and France.

Before co-founding Inatech, Diwakar has worked for organizations like Tata Unisys, EWI and Oracle Corporation.

Diwakar has been involved in various projects under different roles including analyst programmer, system analyst, implementation consultant, technical architect and project manager. He has extensive experience in designing and delivering solutions based on Oracle, Java and Microsoft platforms.

Chris has worked continuously with the Oracle products since 1985. Over 23 years Chris has worked as an End User with Marconi, Direct for Oracle, and as an Oracle Partner at Inatech.

Prior to joining Inatech, Chris spent 15 years at Oracle UK in a number of senior roles, covering Sales, Delivery and Practice Management including Oracle UK Consulting Director, responsible for all delivery and practice management in the UK. During his time at Oracle Chris was involved in many Multi-national projects and projects using ground breaking technology and applications.

Chris's final role was heading the consulting division of Oracle UK. He comes with vast experience in handling business critical projects. His experience, knowledge and working relationships with the personnel at Oracle consulting helps add value to our clients.

Chris leads by generating new ideas and communicating them enthusiastically creating the inspiration for others to follow.

During his four years at Inatech Chris has been responsible for shaping the propositions that Inatech take to market and ensuring Customer Satisfaction across an ever expanding group of satisfied Inatech customers.

In 2006 Chris's role expanded to include the development of sales strategies across the globe. Chris is now responsible for Inatechs sales teams across America, Europe and Asia.

Heather Moore is the UK Operations Director of Inatech. Prior to joining Inatech, Heather spent 11 years at Parity where she was the Director of the Systems Division before being promoted as Managing Director – Business Solutions in 2001.
Within Parity, Heather took on the responsibility of restructuring the organisation to match the vertical markets of Parity’s customer base, harnessing the talents of the commercial, retail, government and manufacturing specialists .Her experience, vision and knowledge complement our business model and future plans.

Ram Mohan Menon is the Senior Vice President and heads Inatech’s Project Delivery Infrastructure. Prior to joining Inatech, Ram had been working for Unisys in UK for the past 21 years. Ram has been involved in various projects playing different roles including System Analyst, Implementation Consultant, Technical Architect, Project Manager and Delivery Manager.
With his ‘Firm and Friendly’ nature, Ram has scaled various heights with the recent one being the head of IT Applications Development & Infrastructure division’s Global Delivery Manager at Unisys, UK. He brings with him strong leadership skills which is the nerve system of any organization.

Ram holds M.S from University of Oklahoma, US. In addition, he has undergone multiple management training in various facets of business.

Srinivasan Natesan is the Senior Vice President – Delivery and has been associated with the IT industry for more than 25 years in different capacities covering sales, pre-sales, solutions architecture, delivery and IT operations. He has implemented software solutions for different verticals spanning banks, government institutions, trading organizations, manufacturing establishments, etc. For almost two decades, he has been engaged in Oracle E-Business based software implementation for a number of customers in the Middle East, India and US.

Srinivasan is a well-qualified finance professional, with strong systems background. He is a post-graduate in commerce and a qualified management accountant from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, London.

Sivaram Kuppachi is the Vice President, Sales Consulting and responsible for USA operations, growing and managing the US Sales and Consulting teams and manage all US customer relationships. Sivaram has more than 12 years of diversified experience with a proven ability in Sales and Delivery management, Key Account Management, Program Management and Business Consulting. He has provided business consulting and IT consulting to large corporations, including Fortune 500 companies, in the US, EMEA and APAC and has extensively travelled across the globe. Prior to joining Inatech, Sivaram worked with Oracle Corporation in different capacities like Program Manager, Presales Manager and Business Analyst. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Post Graduate in Business Management. Sivaram is an Oracle Certified Professional.

Nic has worked in the IT industry for over 20 years, during which time he has been involved in over 25 major delivery projects, a plethora of bids and sales opportunities. He has held numerous prestige positions, ranging from Senior Practice Manager at Oracle Corporation to Application Project Manager for one of the most successful Contact Center implementations in the United Kingdom. Most recently, Nic has spent 2 years running the Global Oracle Practice for Xansa, managing a team of almost 300 Oracle Functional, Technical and Database professionals (both in UK and India).

Prior to his tenure at Xansa, Nic spent 3 years as Oracle Solution Architect at Atos KPMG. As part of EMEA Application Practice at Oracle EMEA, Nic was responsible for the delivery of many solutions, and was instrumental in developing a few well known consulting tools and methodologies (e.g. AIM, FastForward and EMM etc.) for rapid implementation of the Oracle e-Business Suite. Having spent over 12 years at Oracle, Nic brings a wealth of project leadership experience in Oracle e-Business implementations.
