Abstract
These days customers are faced with the dilemma of deciding whether to buy on-premises applications or hosted Oracle CRM on Demand applications. Integrating hosted applications that are outside the firewall with in-house applications for fulfillment and order management is often a challenge for enabling processes such as lead-to-order and quote-to-cash processing. This session goes over examples of integration of Oracle CRM on Demand and back-office applications. The presentation covers how Web services are used to pass an order from Oracle CRM on Demand to on-premises back-office order management applications.

Inatech to present at OBUG Conference
