Dr Richa Pande leads the global human resource functions at Inatech. With over 22 years of experience in all aspects of Human Resource strategy and practice, she has worked extensively in areas including performance management, employee engagement, HR operations, compensation and career development and personal coaching.

Richa is a Doctorate in Employee Relations from the University of Delhi. She has been a speaker at various HR forums and has delivered lectures at prestigious Management Institutes like the Loyola Institute of Business Management (LIBA), the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM) and the Indian Institute of Management (IIM).

Prior to joining Inatech, she was Vice President and Chief Transformation Officer with Ramco Systems and she previously held senior HR roles with several IT organisations including Ernst & Young, iGATE and Tech Mahindra.
